Crossruled is in early access for IT-services firms of 20 to 500 billable people. There is no charge and no card. The evaluation runs on a 14-day trial clock, which we extend on request while you are actively using it.
What is included
- Allocations: every person, every percent, edited in the row, with over-allocation lit amber the moment it crosses 100%.
- People: roles, departments, skills, capacity and monthly cost, imported from your own sheet with every bad row named before a record is saved.
- Proposals: role lines priced from what your people actually cost, the finance-owned benchmark beside each line, an approval pack and a client price sheet as PDFs.
- Reports: run rate, pipeline, bench cost and role cost, the same definitions every screen uses, as CSV.
- The Microsoft Teams tab, USD and INR display with a dated rate, and a JSON export of everything, any day.
How to request access
Tell us about your delivery team on the request form. We read every request and reply by email, usually within a few working days, with an access code for the email you gave. Sign in, start the trial, and your workspace is isolated to your tenant from the first record.
Your data leaves with you. Every workspace ships with a one-click JSON export, and if the evaluation ends you can ask for an export or a deletion by email.
When pricing comes
Pricing will be published before paid plans start. Early-access tenants hear first, keep their data either way, and choose whether to continue. No payment is collected anywhere in Crossruled today.
