Terms of Use

Updated 6 October 2026

Crossruled is operated by Rajan Agarwal, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). These terms govern use of Crossruled by a customer company and the users it authorises during free early access. A signed order form or agreement, where one exists, takes precedence for that customer.

Service scope

Crossruled provides a tenant-scoped workspace for IT services organisations: people and capacity, allocations and utilization, role salary bands, proposal pricing with an approval pack and a client price sheet, reports, an Excel import, and a Microsoft Teams tab package available on request (not yet published to a Teams admin center). Every financial figure is a planning estimate from the inputs the customer entered and must be checked by the customer's finance leadership before a commercial commitment.

Accounts and access

Access is by invitation. A workspace is created with a one-use access code bound to the email it was issued for and runs a 14-day evaluation, which we extend on request while it is in use. The customer is responsible for who it adds to its workspace, for the role it gives each person, and for keeping sign-in credentials private. Passwords are set only by their owner through a reset email.

Acceptable use

Users must not try to bypass sign-in or the database rules, reach another tenant's data, upload data they have no right to process, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer the product, or use its figures as the only basis for a decision about a person's hiring, pay, promotion or termination. The customer is responsible for the lawful input of employee and client data, the accuracy of rates, costs and margins, and its own approvals, export controls and client-contract obligations. We may suspend access for security, legal or abuse reasons and will say why.

Your data

Workspace content belongs to the customer. The customer can export it as JSON at any time, and we delete a workspace on the owner's written request after the export. How we process it is set out in the privacy policy and the DPA; how we keep it safe is on the trust page. The processing terms on the DPA page form part of these terms.

We treat workspace content as confidential. Only the operator of Crossruled can access it, only to run or support the service or when the customer asks, and we do not share it with anyone except the subprocessors named on the privacy page.

Demo data only during early access. Do not upload real employee data. Use demo data only until we tell you the hosting plan is ready for it. Vercel's data-processing terms apply to its Pro and Enterprise plans, not to the hosting plan we use during early access.

Fees and availability

There is no fee and no payment during early access. Pricing will be published before paid plans start; early-access tenants hear first, keep their data either way, and choose whether to continue. Early access carries no uptime commitment and no support response commitment beyond what the support page describes. We may change or withdraw features during early access and will tell active tenants when we do.

Either side may end early access at any time by email. When it ends, the workspace stays available for export and is then deleted as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend access at once for security, legal or abuse reasons and will say why.

Intellectual property and warranty

Crossruled keeps the rights to the software, its design, its brand and its documentation. The customer keeps the rights to its data. Early access is an evaluation of software that is still changing. The service is provided as is and as available. We give no warranty or condition, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any calculation, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, except any that the law does not allow to be excluded. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Crossruled without any obligation to you.

Liability

Early access is free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to the customer and its users for all claims arising out of early access is limited to INR 10,000, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The customer keeps its own export of its data and does not rely on Resource Hub as its only copy.

The customer is responsible for having the right to put each person's data into the workspace and for giving them any notice the law requires. If a third party brings a claim against us because the customer uploaded data it had no right to process, the customer will cover our reasonable losses from that claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, either side first writes to the other and both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. After that, the courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
